General Overview

Shanahan Ridge Seven Condominiums Association is located in Boulder, Colorado at Lehigh St. & Cripple Creek Trail.  The Association consists of 160 condominiums and was established in 1975.  The Association maintains the common areas and monitors and enforces the covenants.

Pool

What better way to enjoy summer than at the Association’s pool? Open during the summer season, the pool is a wonderful place for water aerobics, swimming or enjoying a book by the water. 

Hours: 6:00 AM – 10:00 PM

Access: Access is permitted to all owners and residents. A key can be acquired by contacting our community manager.
